| Is shipping for products purchased at Kam's Gift Boutique free? |
| Shipping for products purchased at Kam's Gift Boutique is free provided the total
of your purchase is $25.00 or more. If the total of your order is less than
$25, there is a Shipping and Handling fee of $5.99.
If overnight shipping is selected, a flat $20 fee will be added to any current
shipping and handling fee, if any already exist. Feel free to contact us

| If I am not comfortable entering my Credit Card in order to make a purchase at
Kam's Gift Boutique, is there another way I can place an order? |
| Though we can assure you that making a purchase with Kam's Gift Boutique is safe
and secure due to the technology we've deployed with our website, you may fill out our
contact us form with your name and phone number and we will call you and place the order
over the phone. We will also accept mail orders via the U.S. Postal Service as well. Feel
free to contact us and request a free catalog. Click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom

| If I am not satisified with the product I purchased, may I return it? |
Yes. You may return the product so long as you request to return it within 30 days of
date it was purchased. This is the same with product that arrives damaged. You may
request a return by filling out the contact us form including details of why the
product is being returned. We will then e-mail you with an RMA number that will have
to be written on the return label. Any returns without the RMA number will be refused.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
When the product arrives at Kam's Gift Boutique it must be in saleable condition
(this includes any packaging the product came with) in order to receive a refund. |
| Do you ship outside of the United States? |
| At this time we do not ship our products outside the United States.

| You only have to pay sales tax if you're making a purchase that is being shipped
to Utah. Utah is currently the only State where sales tax is required when making
a purchase on Kam's Gift Boutique. |
